Reviews

...all-ages superhero action thriller that blends elements of Daredevil, Assassin’s Creed and Green Lantern...the book demonstrates a remarkably assured storytelling pace and style

-Rob Salkowitz, Forbes.com

Fans who bemoan the Big Two for a lack of vision or effort to create bold new characters and franchises should learn that innovation can often be found elsewhere.
Legend of the Mantamaji volume one is a must read for those who crave all of the spectacle and action of superhero comics yet want a comic which offers creative new ideas and a progressive storyline with real weight behind it.
 --Alex Widen, Examiner.com

The pacing in this comic is excellent. There are no dull moments and the foreshadowing of future allies and villains are perfectly placed throughout, with appropriate twists to keep you reading. This is one of the first comic books I've ever read that had enough brown people in it to look like it could actually have happened in NYC.
